We are always happy for you to call us in advance of placing your order to discuss and confirm the estimated arrival time of your order – we pride ourselves on offering great customer service and should you have any questions or queries then please reach out to our office : firstname.lastname@example.org which is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM excluding Bank Holidays – you can often reach us on Facebook Messenger too but email is the most reliable method of contact.
As a small team, we endeavour to dispatch all orders the very next working day following purchase – as we send using a Next Working Day service this means that cider ordered is likely to reach you within 2-3 working days from date of ordering.
The majority of orders are sent via APC (http://www.apc.co.uk) using a Next Working Day service – however, orders containing merchandise only such as Stainless Steel Cups or T-Shirts will often instead be sent via Royal Mail using a 2nd Class, Signed For service as standard. This means that you can expect merchandise only orders within 2-4 working days from date of ordering. This applies only for non-liquid items, most orders containing liquids (apart from single bottles of Raw Cider Vinegar and ACV Tonics) will be sent with APC as detailed above.
We have listed some examples below – these examples are providing that it is not a Bank Holiday weekend and that the product you ordered is in stock.

Please call the office prior to ordering if you would like to discuss arranging a delivery service upgrade.
As with all couriers, there is always the chance of a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances – therefore, if you are ordering for a special occasion please consider ordering in advance to avoid disappointment or contacting us in advance if you do particularly need your order on or by a certain date to discuss options as we will always help if we can and can certainly offer advice.
If you request that your cider order is left in a specific ‘safe place’ this will mean that the courier will leave it without requiring a signature, please note that this is done so at your own risk – we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost when such a request has been made. Orders sent via Royal Mail cannot be left in a ‘safe place’.
DELIVERY ADVICE ABOVE APPLIES TO MAINLAND ENGLAND & WALES ONLY :
Orders placed for delivery outside of Mainland England & Wales will likely be subject to a slightly longer delivery timescale and possibly additional charges. For example, there is an additional courier charge added automatically for orders sent to certain postcodes in Scotland (£10.50) as well as for delivery to many UK offshore areas too (£30.00). These additional costs are only added because of the additional courier costs to us to send parcels this distance.
If you do need to pay these automatically added additional courier costs, they should be calculated at checkout. However, Kent Cider Co. do retain the right to cancel and refund any web orders placed which end up having shipping costs that are greater than or close to the price of the item ordered. You can contact us via email (email@example.com) for more detailed information and to double check the delivery service in your area prior to ordering if you wish, please just include your delivery postcode when enquiring. We will always email you to notify you of any cancelled orders to explain and hopefully discuss the possibility of rearranging your order with a more accurate courier cost attached.
From January 2021, we have had to suspend shipping to Northern Ireland – this is due to greatly increased courier costs since Britain left the EU and also the increased scrutiny of items passing between England and Northern Ireland to ensure that these items are not at risk of entering Southern Ireland which is still part of the EU and therefore potentially subject to EU tariffs.
We do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere else outside of the UK
