DELIVERY INFORMATION

Kent Cider Co aim to ship all orders within two working days of receipt of order. Delivery times are generally within 48 hours, but please allow up to 5 days. If you require your order in a shorter time frame, or delivered on a specific day please call us on 01795 521317.

Our shippers do not normally receive or deliver parcels over the weekend or Bank Holidays, although Saturday morning deliveries can be made by special arrangement for an additional fee.

All deliveries are handled by one of our preferred couriers who will send you an email when your shipping has been booked. 

Our couriers will try to deliver your cider twice and if possible will leave safely or with a neighbour. If this hasn’t been possible, it will be held at the depot for 2 days and then returned to us. 

IMPORTANT NOTE : If this happens, we will cancel the order and refund you the cost of your purchase minus the cost of the delivery. 

If an item has been returned and you would like the item to be sent again, we may charge an additional delivery charge. 

Merchandise Orders:

Orders containing merchandise only such as Stainless Steel Cups or T-Shirts will be sent via Royal Mail using a 2nd Class, Signed For service as standard.

Expected Delivery Times:

We have listed some examples below – these examples are providing that it is not a Bank Holiday weekend and that the product you ordered is in stock.

EXAMPLE 1:

Cider ordered using our webshop on a Monday would be dispatched on the Tuesday using a Next Working Day before 4pm service. You should expect delivery on the Wednesday.

EXAMPLE 2 :

Cider ordered using our webshop on a Thursday would be dispatched on the Friday using a Next Working Day before 4pm service. You should expect delivery on the following Monday.

EXAMPLE 3 :

Stainless Steel Cup and a T-Shirt ordered using our webshop on a Monday would be dispatched on the Tuesday via Royal Mail using a 2nd Class, Signed For service and this means that delivery should be with you by the Friday at the very latest.

As with all couriers, there is always the chance of a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances – therefore, if you are ordering for a special occasion please consider ordering in advance to avoid disappointment or contacting us in advance if you do particularly need your order on or by a certain date to discuss options as we will always help if we can and can certainly offer advice.

If you request that your cider order is left in a specific ‘safe place’ this will mean that the courier will leave it without requiring a signature, please note that this is done so at your own risk – we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost when such a request has been made. Orders sent via Royal Mail cannot be left in a ‘safe place’.

DELIVERY ADVICE ABOVE APPLIES TO MAINLAND UK ONLY :

Orders placed for delivery outside of Mainland UK will likely be subject to a slightly longer delivery timescale and possibly additional charges.

Kent Cider Co. retain the right to cancel and refund any web orders placed which may incur shipping costs that are greater than or close to the price of the item ordered.

From January 2021, we have had to suspend shipping to Northern Ireland – this is due to greatly increased courier costs since Britain left the EU and also the increased scrutiny of items passing between England and Northern Ireland to ensure that these items are not at risk of entering Southern Ireland which is still part of the EU and therefore potentially subject to EU tariffs.

We do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere else outside of the UK
